I have been told to change my font so I am looking through different fonts

Research and Planning - Blood Sign

Here is a sign which shema has made, we looked at other horror trailers and she re-created this but on paper as we will not be able to paint the walls at khadijahs house ( where we will be filming next) She used her fingers to create the blood like effect then water to make the paint drip to look like blood.

Here is my january podcast, I have talked through what I have done from the 1st of January to yesterday the 24th january. I still have to change around my magazine and poster, also continue filming some more scenes and also take more images for my Poster.

Here are some more behind the scenes from some images that we took this week for our poster and magazine, but we have lost them due to memory card getting removed from the camera and being misplaced.

Here is Dave and Steven, who play Dr Hartman and The colleague. We had  borrowed some Lab coats from chemistry and it looks as though they enjoyed dressing up for the filming.  

Research and Planning - Team unhappy and update

Here is a picture of myself and shema, we took this as we were unhappy that we could not finish our trailer on time and also we lost some footage which means we will need to film again this weekend and she will need to edit it as soon as. Also I am the one who is responsible with sound, I have made some sounds on garage band but I can not put it onto the trailer unless shema finishes editing as we have lost footage we will need to re film then edit then insert the sound. 

Research and Planning - Film Magazine so Far

This is what I have done so far, I need to add the barcode, but my Laptop at home wont let me insert the image into Photoshop, so I will have to try this again on Monday.

Research and Planning- Poster so far

This is what I have done so far for my Poster, it is still incomplete, I need to retake the image as it blends in with my background and also Im not sure on the font. I will be finishing this as soon as possible as I will be meeting with my model this weekend to take the images for the Poster. 

Research and Planning - Trailer so Far

We have not finished filming our trailer as the editing has not finished , the editing is only been done up to a minute which is the build up, we have been planning ways to make the trailer come across more as a horror/ thriller as we were told the genre isn't very clear. We had some more footage which we had, but unfortunately the memory card has been taken out of the camera we have used, we spent lunch time trying to find it, but we didn't find it, so we will need to film these scenes again ASAP.

Research and Planning - Updated Distribution Logo

This is the Updated Distribution logo, we have changed the font, as it suits much better with the background now. Also the letter 'T' looks much more better it creates something more to the logo, and brings the whole thing together,

Here are some images from the filming the other day with Khadijah and Steven doing the psychiatrist office scene. we had moved a table and placed the tripod on there as we needed an over the shoulder shot.

Here are some images that I have taken for the magazine or the poster. I am not sure if I will be using these yet.

This is our Production Logo, we have chosen the Black and White theme here as it relates well with the genre. The background is black as it links with the word ' NOIR' as this means black on french so it also relates very well.

Here is our distribution logo, we have gone with the colours black and white as this suits our genre very well. The background is a paint splat which relates to the name is it has 'Arts' in the name. The font used is 'Times'.

we have decided we need film again, we need to film the psychiatrist office scene again with Spencer and Dr Hartman, also the scene in the corridor with the colleague walking. We decided to do this on Thursday during college.

Here is some social networking feedback that I have got on my Poster and Magazine. I will be looking over all the feedback this weekend and changing my Poster and magazine around. 

Research and planning - class poster and magazine feedback

This is the feedback I have got back from showing the poster and magazine bellow. I can see from this that they like the colours because they link to the genre and also a mix of liking the fonts and some commented about the 'Disorder' font on the poster and how they did not like it, also need to ad images of the models and the end product should have much more improvments.

Research and Planing - Trailer so far

This is what we have done so far, we have edited a few scenes which are the kitchen scene the moving in scene and some running and chasing scenes and still have the corridor scene with Dr Hartman and his colleague and also the psychiatrists office scene with Spencer.

This is what I have done so far for my Film Poster, I still need to add the image to make it more complete. I am not sure if I am completely happy with the outcome so far, I might be changing some of the fonts.
