Research and planning - Location 2

we have been looking at a few locations for our trailer. one of the main places we have been talking about is one of our team members grandparents have a farm house, this sounds like a perfect location and also there is a pond across and a private road, this seems like the perfect location to film. So we have been thinking this might be the main place we will be filming the trailer.They also have an empty farm house which is fully furnished, this could be the main home of the protagonist.There is also an empty field and trees around this area, this has all the aspects of a horror genre trailer.
